Optimizing your free Realtor.com Profile is an easy way to stand out from your competition and generate leads organically. If you want to be known as a local expert you need to take advantage of every opportunity to boost your personal branding.
Your profile includes photos, MLS data maps with your actives, solds, showings and open houses, posts from your social networks and also recommendations from your clients. In other words, every visitor you have to your Profile can see who you are, your recent sales activity and what your past clients have to say about you.
You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Optimize your Realtor.com agent profile and make a good first impression.
Tip #2: Drive More Traffic to All of Your Listings
Do you consistently have multiple listings on the go at once? If so, wouldn’t it be beneficial to have a way to let consumers on Realtor.com browse through them all easily.
By default, your listings do appear on Realtor.com. But have you noticed a particularly glaring omission from the listing pages?
Your listings are anonymous. A consumer can view the address, see pictures, number of beds and baths, listing price, read a detailed summary of the property and scroll through a very detailed breakdown of the many features of the listing.
However, there’s no way to know you’re the listing agent, to see your other listings or, perhaps most importantly, there’s no way to contact you.
What you do see is a lead form on the right hand side of the page. When a consumer completes that form, one of your competitors will contact them. It’s a great service for the consumer and a warm lead for your competitor but you can’t help but feel left out, right?

On top of that, because your Showcase listings are branded with your photo, company details and contact info, consumers are able to learn just enough about you to catch their interest and prompt them to want to visit your website to learn more.
